Are you ready to free up more time so that your project teams can actually deliver?
We are HotPMO and we want to help your organisation have more capacity to do its most important work with our project highlight reports rollup service.
Attention PMO managers …
What if you could eliminate:
Always feeling busy, strapped for time, and rushed
Needing additional capacity, but being unable to hire due to budget constraints
Spending too much time reading long reports and transferring that data into new formats for other meetings
Not having the time to analyse what’s important

Wouldn’t that make doing your job easier and more rewarding?
Look, we know that you’re doing everything you can.

falling behind, or are at risk of failing …

But, up until this point, the big thing that’s holding you back is time and capacity.
You know all too well that many PMO teams have so many demands on their time that you don’t truly have enough time to devote to report rollup and analysis.
Because of this time deficit, there are some big risks you’re dealing with, like:
Mistakes in the data transfer process
Mistakes in the data transfer process
Failure to spot trends in the data - such as tasks that are slipping a little bit each week
Failure to spot trends in the data - such as tasks that are slipping a little bit each week
And we know you’ve been trying to fix this problem.
You’ve probably bought Project Management Tools such as Monday, Wrike, or Project Online.
But the problem with these is that they add another layer of complexity, which is the last thing you need right now.
And the truth is that senior leaders still want a PowerPoint deck, and PMO teams want simple summary reports and trend data at their fingertips.
It’s stressful just thinking about it! But take a deep breath, because there’s a solution.
Introducing: Weekly Report Rollup, by HotPMO
A service for PMO Managers, Leaders, and Directors who want to reclaim their time and capacity with data at their fingertips they can share with stakeholders – all without trawling through reports.
Weekly Report Rollup,
you’ll have:
More time to help project managers
More time to support the business
Better visibility of trends - and where things are going wrong
Happier team members who are doing less of the mundane activities

Unlike hiring someone on a fixed term contract, you’ll save money.
Letting us provide this service is a cost-effective solution that targets a specific need without committing to 3-6 months to a contractor who serves as a temporary fix at best.

And unlike buying a software tool to help with rollups, working with HotPMO doesn’t add additional time to learn how to use it.

Here’s how it works:
Step 1
Add a unique HotPMO email address in cc on all project manager weekly highlight reports
Step 2
We extract key data from the reports (RAG status, dates, milestones, etc.) at an agreed cut off time (eg midday on Friday)
Step 3
We send you three files:
a) an Excel summary of the extracted data
b) a PowerPoint summary of the data
c) an Excel log of changes from the previous week (new projects, missing projects, changes to RAG, changes to dates etc)
